Feltcitizens Walk-In Tubs wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to hear about it. This page shows how to tell us and what comes next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, it usually helps to bring it to the provider first and to keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Feltcitizens Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or speak for a provider.
Email contact@feltcitizens.lat and include:
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
